4 Kanawha County, WV Kanawha County, WV Full-time Full-time $42,898 - $79,358 a year $42,898 - $79,358 a year 1 day ago 1 day ago 1 day ago Nature of Work Kanawha County 1 Vacancy This position will serve the West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources, Human Rights Commission (HRC), including, but not limited to, overseeing human resource functions for the Human Rights Commission, equipment, vehicles, training & development of direct reports, office security and facility management and the supervision of clerical staff.
This includes developing operational resources, logistics and procedures, as well as operational guidelines and policies and the supporting and tracking infrastructure.
Advise and provide interpretation and guidance to HRC management, staff and the public in relation to DHHR and HRC operational policies and procedures.
Other Duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications Training:
Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university with a degree in the area of assignment.
Substitution:
Experience as described below may substitute for the training requirement on a year-for-year basis.
Experience:
Five years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid administrative or supervisory experience in the area of assignment.
Special Requirement:
A valid driver's license may be required.
