Responsibilities:
Rigorously test the iLottery app, website, and loyalty program.
This involves thoroughly assessing these platforms for functionality, usability, and performance.
Will use a variety of devices and browsers to ensure that the user experience is consistent and error-free.
Bug Identification and Reporting:
When testing, you will identify and document any bugs, issues, or areas for improvement that you encounter.
This includes not only technical issues but also any user experience or design-related concerns.
Clear and detailed bug reports are essential to help the development team understand and address the issues effectively.
Vendor Collaboration:
Will work closely with the vendor responsible for the development and maintenance of the iLottery platforms.
This collaboration is crucial for coordination releases, updates, and feature enhancements.
Effective communication with the vendor is key to ensure that the marketing and user experience goals are aligned with the technical development.
Test Plan Creation:
Will contribute to the creation and maintenance of test plans and documentation.
These documents outline the scope of testing, testing procedures, and expected outcomes.
Developing and following comprehensive test plans will help ensure that the testing process is systematic and thorough.
User Feedback Analysis:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will also monitor user feedback received through various channels, such as customer support inquiries, surveys, and social media.
You will analyze this feedback to gain insights into user preferences and pain points, which will be used to suggest improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
Industry Knowledge:
Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices is an ongoing responsibility.
You should continuously research and learn about the iLottery and gaming industry to contribute to the overall marketing strategy.
This knowledge will enable you to provide valuable input on marketing campaigns, user engagement strategies, and competitive insights.

Minimum Qualifications Training:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
OR Substitution:
Full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience as described below may substitute for the required training at the rate of one (1) year of experience for every thirty (30) semester hours of training.
AND
Experience:
Two (2) years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience in statistics, mathematics, public relations, journalism, communications, advertising, marketing, sales or related field.
OR Substitution:
Graduate coursework from an accredited college or university may substitute for the required experience at the rate of fifteen (15) semester hours of training for every one (1) year of experience.
Special Requirement:
A valid driver's license is required.
Background check, credit investigation and security clearance are required for employment.
